Extra hours to the rescue!
Just in time to prepare for mid-terms:

Monday Oct. 8th-Thursday Oct. 11th open 8am - 2AM (in the morning!!!)
In addition to our almost 50 desktop computers, we have up to 30 laptops that can be checked out for use in the library. There is Wi-fi and three WEPA stations in the library as well.

Even better -- helpful librarians and staff trained to get you to the right resources you need right away! Online or off-line.

New Library Hours

Starting Monday June 4th through Friday August 10th, the library will be open Monday through Thursday from 8am-7pm and Fridays from 8am -5pm for your added convenience. Enjoy your Summer!

Extended Hours for Final Exams, May 2012 

The Frederick Douglass Library staff are pleased to offer students additional library hours for their studying convenience.

From Monday, May 7, through Thursday, May 10, 2012; and, from Monday, May 14, through Wednesday, May 16, 2012, the library will open from 8:00 am to 2:00 am.

On Sunday, May 13, 2012, the library will be open from 1:00 pm to 12:00 am.

Library opening hours for

Friday, May 11, are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm; and

Saturday, May 12, 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.

Honors Band and Choir Concert

Please come out and support the Honors Band and Choir Concert this Sunday April 22nd at 4pm in the Ella Fitzgerald Performing Arts Center on campus. The Library's own Jennifer Neumyer will be aiding many talented students with her flute playing. Please come out and support the terrific skill of the UMES and area high school students!
