On April 10th, Mr. Rhett Burden, alumnus of the class of 2009 gave an inspiring presentation on his book Brother, Please A Guidebook to Life and Leadership: Tools for the Sane, Advice for the Crazy. Impassioned by a previous leadership camp and full of personal narratives to share, he began by asking the simple question “What motivates you?” He reminds us that setting goals is desirable, as long as your expectations aren’t crazy. Even if they are crazy, he has advice for that too.
